I've been looking at this one for a while, its miles from me ... but I WANT one. Almost everything about it says trouble, but I really want one ....
He has only had it a few weeks
He only has the new keeper supplement
Its high mileage (is that a problem ... do the engines die?)
I have spoken to him a bit about it and he says he "drives it around in low, which makes it bumpy/jarring" but that its better in high? I'm not sure what that means but it sounds like he might be ruining it driving it on the low setting?
I don't like the black alloys ... but I'd kind of like to fit steel wheels as I hear they are lighter?( again I'm probably wrong)
but the sad truth is I think I'm still going to try and buy it ....... I just can't get up there until Monday
If any one is close and wants to volunteer to look at it for me it would make my year. Although I rather you didn't buy it I guess I don't have a right to complain if you do
Am I mad to think of getting it to keep and look after long term ... are those miles going to be a problem?
ps I'm back in a X reg Xantia HDi 90 at the moment... the suspension isn't perfect yet but its getting there, just waiting for the hydraflush to work its magic and then its new LHM and probably shperes all round .....mmmmmm smooth
