Re: C5 Crankshaft pulley
Citroen DocBackup Repair Manual saysfor the DW12TED4 engine (under procedure B1EG1UP0 Removing - refitting : Timing belt : DW12TED4 TURBO DIESEL) :
"Coat the bolt (19) with LOCTITE FRENETANCH .
Fit :
Crankshaft pulley (21)
The tool [6]
The screw (19) with the washer (31), tighten to 4 ± 0,4 m.daN Finish with an angular tightening of 51° ± 5 °"
Tool [6] is the flywheel locking tool.
EDIT
For the later DW12TED4 FAP engine the following instruction applies:
"Coat the bolt (9) with LOCTITE FRENETANCH .
Fit :
The accessories drive pulley (10)
The bolt (9) with its washer
Tighten the screw (9) to 7 ± 0,7 m.daN Angular tightening A : 82 ± 3 ° " .
Take your pick! RP number would help to clarify.

Re: C5 Crankshaft pulley
Never seen a 2.2HDi C5 without FAP...
I normally torque them to FT with an air gun
