A little change of plan , the Laguna 3 hatch is a no go due to unforseen circumstances , but a Laguna 3 sports tourer with the 175 bhp 2.0 dci will be arriving next week . Another dynamique s specification too , plus a good turn of speed when needed , I will get some pics up next week .

I thought it was about time the Zx had some more protection on the paintwork . I decided to give it a layer of Dodo Juice Supernatural sealant which I've not tried on the Zx before , well I must admit I was very impressed with the results , adding depth and gloss to the paintwork .






Also decided to remove the grill and give it a clean behind



The Zx is my daily driver now so there will be more cleaning duties to do as were it's parked at work is a little messy .

Where do you get your car cleaning products from?

Ive just been looking back on the 2nd page at your ZXs interior, that is very nice!

Oddly ive been seeing ZXs everywhere recently, they are certainly out in force around here at the moment. No 16vs though!

Their based in Huddersfield which is a nice drive for me being in the north of Sheffield , a great drive through Holmsfirth . There's a 3 door Zx1.4i parks at work and a very nice looking 3 door White volcane td which I have seen around but never when I'm in mine .

Ill take a look on there, I see they do postage so I may well use them. Or I may well drop in if in down there, its only 100 miles away so its possible. I could do with stocking up They certainly have an awful lot of stuff. It is a good place to drive around Holmfirth, I was at a CCC meet at the back end of last year in that area, roads were especially greasy that day!

I rarely see a 3-door, they are mainly all 5-doors and the odd estate too.

I would recommend if you go on the Cyc site again to register on their forum , it's very friendly and there is some fantastic help & advice but be warned it can be very addictive

I see one ZX every now then. It's a 5 door "PZAZZ" special edition in white. Looks absolutely awful!

, I've had the RAC jokes already Luke , in almost two years of ownership it's never let me down , and the previous owner had it for 14 1/2 years and it never let her down . This thing about French cars being unreliable is crap as all mine have been superb .

Too right! Every make and model can have some issues, but French cars dont deserve the reputation they sometimes get.

Took the day off work Thursday to go to the Citroen car club northern section noggin & natter at a pub not far from me , anyhow after arriving and finding nobody was bothered to turn up , I thougt sod it I'll have a drive over to Huddersfield and pick up some cleaning products for the cars as I was in need off a few goodies , here's a couple if pics just before you drop down into Holmfirth .





And after a good vaccuming as the Zx had to earn it's keep for a few weeks before I got the new bus .



And the new bus , not a Citroen but it's got bags of character and being the 120bhp multijet pretty nippy too.



And now a quick pic of some IronX working it's magic on my wifes laguna alloys , removing iron contamination . All the bottom of the vehicle was treated to a thorough de-tar & IronX and all the paintwork clayed after with some Cyc polyclay, it was then given a coat of Dodojuice Supernatural Hybrid sealant .

Never been to one and seeing as it was 15mins from home thought I'd see what one was like . There wasn't a soul in sight morning or afternoon , I rang the pub and they said it was the previous evening yet didn't even post up a change of date
