I recently put a post on,c5 2.0 hdi 52 plate would not start unless you use a bit of easy start then it would cut out if you did not keep revs on,then it would tick over for a bit and then stop and then fail to start.
I have now changed the hp pump and replaced the timing belt as it was off anyway.
Has anyone else got any ideas,i can hear the pump in the tank running but could i still have a faulty in tank pump or have i got a fauly pressure sensor?
C5 HDI still wont start properly...Help

Does the Engine diagnostic light come on at all when she stalls??
IF it does you have half a good chance of the Lexia picking up the fault..
Other wise you can be chasing forever replacingall sorts of sensors.. Is the cam position sensor connected?? Next to cam belt cover on top..
There could be a number of things causing a non runner..
