head tightening torques

Hi I'm replacing my head gasket on my Citroen Relay of the X Reg vintage, fitted with a 1.9 non turbo diesel XUD engine, can anybody tell me the correct head bolt tightening torque for the new stretch head bolts

First tighten all of them to 20nm

After that, 60nm

Finally 180 degrees

At the risk of stating the obvious...
It's absolutely vital to tighten head bolts progressively in the correct sequence (refer to this scanned copy of the BoL). Personally, for the extra few minutes work, I wind down bolts in sequence until they touch the head, then tighten (in sequence) in steps of 10nm until I reach the required final pre-load figure (60 nm), again in sequence, I then rotate the extra angle (180 degrees) to tension the bolts. You can buy special tools to do the angles 'accurately', but it's a pretty poor mechanic who can't judge an accurate 60,90, 120, or 180 degrees.

i was under the impression that the final angle tightening sequence was in two stages of 90 degrees
