That's good news; perseverance was the true answer.
Only suggestion I have on the height, is that normally cars seem to be designed so that the lower "flange" of the sill panel is parallel to the ground.
Cheers, Adam.

That's from the time I lived in Cyprus Lefteris, 25 years ago now! I learned just a little Greek. It was hard as everybody there speaks Englishlefgrter wrote:It seems that you are making your first steps into Greek Language...CitroJim wrote: Kala!![]()

A friend of mine who lived for four years in Athens became a very good speaker of Greek. He even sat an examination in Greek!
Sadly, in the years that have passed since I lived in Cyprus, I have forgotten most of what I learned

I have a very interesting info to share about the ABS problem i had...
As a result ABS was engaged when the car stopping so it was very likely to hit the front car (with very low speed of cousre)ABS Problem:
In very low speeds (Exactly below 5Kph) the Lexia shows that the LHF sensor suddenly drops its reading from 5 to 0 as the other 3 sensors goes from 5 to 4 to 3…2…1…0 KPH until the car stops. There might be the problem.
As I saw the RHF sensor is about 1-2 mm from the wheel Hub (The one with the teeth…. I don’t know if I am using the right expression!), but the LHF sensor is about 3mm.
After checking the front sensor i discovered that the protective plate was screwed under the sensor and not above as the picture shows

I have installed them correctly and problem solved
Finally the roll corrector links arrived and waiting for installation.
Next project is my leather seats... I will try to repair and dye them.
I am waiting for the dyes to arrive. I hope that the result will be nice so i dont have to replace the interior, as it is very difficult to find another one in beige. (Yes the black ones are very nice but here with the sun at summer will be a broblem
The front seats

And the back witch is in almost good condition

I forgot to mention the following 2 minor changes that I have made to her….
1. I did a small mod to the headlights switch, and now when I switch in the hi beam lights the normal scale remains on so I have better illumination of the road ahead.
Thiw is how i did it.
I wanted for my car to operate from this
to this
As you can see the proper switch is installed here (Note this is S2 car with S1 switch) keep that in mind for the second mod

Use a screwdriver to open the switch

Now almost open

Once it is opened it looks like this

After that I soldered a metal bridge (piece of thin wire) to connect the 2 pieces of metal (red line in the middle of the circle)

Now put it back and that’s all.
And for copyright….. This mod and pictures are from a French post in the following web address http://www.planete-citroen.com/forum/sh ... nextoldest
2. The previous owner of my car changed the headlight switch with an older one from S1 model (As the above pictures…. So I had an

Since the button for the horn was there and useless I thought that maybe I should make the horn working again from the obvious “correct” place!.....The button
.
For that I removed the rotary switch ( The one behind the steering wheel that connects airbag and radio controls)
You don’t have to remove the rotary thing, just unplug it. I removed it because I had an intermitted fault to the airbag and the dash light was flashing and put a spare one.
Steering wheel side

And dash side

and I soldered 2 wires on the right pins of the connector (Dash side)
Actually I soldered the wires on the yellow and orange cables on the other side of the connector (the one that gets in the rotary’s switch connector)
those 2 wires soldered to the pins in the yellow circle

and VOILA…. The horn works…… properly again. Of course this mod did not affect the steering wheel switch that also triggers the horn.
......the last picture is not mine also.
Again sorry for my grammar and syntax
Feel free to copy my text correct my mistakes and post it again
