When I had my ZX TD I used a few different makes over the years Bosch, Wellman, FAI, Durite were all ok in my experiance.

NGK were the worst I ever tried ....I would advise that you avoid them at all costs.

Cheers.

Trouble with NGK is that they have different standard's/manufacture.Used to have that problem with spark plugs and bosch!. They where made in brazil and few other places and qualitys pant's! if you go to motorsport shops and get NGK's from there normally from japan/better quality. can't beat BERU though you will never go wrong. Denso's not bad?

If its the 1.9td a lot of people on the veg oil forums reccomend and use the Bosch Duraterm plugs as they kick out more heat apparently so better for the use of veg though if your using dino diesel they should perform even better.

i do use BERU glow plugs but i fitted a set of BERU points and condesor to a dersh, and they did not last very long at all, a customer of mine supplied his own glow plugs the other week, i told him to use GSF so he asked them for a price which they said i think about 6 squid + VAT, then he called AJAYS/ LENCO Hastings and got NGK's for 4squid each,

i dont know if they were Jap ones
