I'm just back from 3 weeks visiting in Scotland, (my first trip to the northern hemisphere) and while I was there naturally I was keeping an eye out for Citroen's knowing that there are a lot more in the UK than New Zealand....
I visited Glasgow, Edinburgh, Stirling, Largs, Milport, Doune, and quite a large number of small towns whose names I've forgotten now.
I saw a lot more Citroen's than NZ, but not as many as I was expecting to be honest, and they were nearly all new models - Picasso, Saxo, Xsara, C2, C3 (?) C5, a couple of the "new" C5's (which I liked the look of) but what really surprised me is that I saw no "older" models of Citroen.
The oldest I saw were Xantia's, and I only saw a few of those, they were greatly outnumbered by the newer models above, and I saw NO BX's, CX's, GS's, or anything else. In fact I didn't really see ANY cars that were more than about 10 years old of any brand, which is quite unusual here - there are plenty of older cars still in use in NZ, but I guess in the UK they rust away before they get too old.
(or newer ones are so cheap that older ones aren't worth keeping)All in all an interesting trip - I had no internet access while there, (except open wifi spots found on my ipod touch
