A friend of mine tried to sell his Freelander on ebay last year, trouble is when he was resizing the pics on his pc he somehow managed to reverse the shot of the interior so it looked like it was LHD. Then he wondered why there was hardly any bids on it

My '97 has a keypad immobiliser and its a Mk1 and its a diesel. The immobiliser came in, in '96 on the diesels.

Ah, yes, £995 with bid retraction from a German!!
Mind, he wouldn't clock the reg/age discrepancy and cars over
in Germany are a damned sight more dosh than over here
when they're 2nd hand...

£995 for a '00 Xantia Saloon is not much in DK

- while £159.99 for a '96 Xantia Estate http://tinyurl.com/2uzc99 would be a give-away in DK, even past the £1000 mark

Yes, though it's really a '95 car on a **good day**, wearing a year 2000
english registration plate - something you don't do legitimately in the UK
unless of course it's a car that time (and a Citroen dealer!!) had forgotten...

That's a lot of money for a car far older than it appears!
