where to run 2 cables from battery through to cabin??

Car is a 1998 Xantia turbo diesel estateNeed to run 2 x 8 gauge cables into the passenger footwell area. I have had a quick look but cannot find any grommets etc.
Need to run cables for Hifi amp that will sit under passenger seat.

Could run single cable if access is terrible.

You could try following the main loom to see where it goes through the bulkhead, but you may find that there is a connector that takes it through. You could possibly take a feed from the cigaratte lighter, thats usually rated at around 20 amps, but if you are really trying to deafen yourself it might not be enough.

The bulkhead may have plugs and minimal holes in a effort to keep the noise down. In which case why not lead your wires under the car and in through the floor - for example under the front seat, away from the exhaust? - just make sure everything is well fastened.
