I've just posted a link on the useful links page which mentions something similar for a lot less money. Open the link and its bottom left. This isn't a reccomendation, I just noticed it there.

i put a cb-26p on my Seat leon and then tried it on my dads mercedes 230E and neither of us noticed any difference at all except for the noise the stupid thing made when you were idling, it sounded like you had something seriously wrong with your car, it was a sort of farting/wheezing noise, like your car had asthma

So you didn't see the "actually recorded fuel savings of 29.7%"....
