sunroof cover thing

is there any way to tighten the sunroof cover? mine vibrates like crazy, and at the moment ive just got a bit of card board wedged in there. its a 306 and electric sun roof.

Might be a good idea to find the cause of the vibration instead. I know I have a ZX but it doesnt vibrate to any extent moving or stationary, and the two cars are basically the same..?

If your on about the slidy thing under the sun roof that blocks out the light then you may find that it's slightly warped by age and sun light. My Xsara makes this fluttering sound on very hot days and I couldn't find anything out of place. Stuck in the garage over night problem gone away. On the works car park in sun shine it rattles away. Winters here so problem cured.

thats the bit i mean, but mine does it wot ever the weather, hot or cold, all the time.
