Help with possible vibration please,please

Hi!
Guys, i once posted about my car vibrating above 100kms/h. Since then i changed rims, tires, balanced the wheels in and out of the car... i'm getting tired, really, and considering getting some factory rims and new tires (although mine have 4000Km on).
With perfectly good set of wheels, balanced, etc, could the vibs come from the shafts?
With the car up, and rotating the front wheels back and forth, i can feel and hear freeplay, with a kinda "click" as the thing engages.
No knocking no nothing else while driving.
There is also a clonck somewhere, seems to come from the rear, especially when doing some axle crossing, or a bit after a suspension full travel, but not very noticeable on rough roads.
Please, give me a hint. The car has garantie (some 6 months left), bought at the importer of Peugeot.
