Nah, if you read just above that it's only got a 1.9 NA - hope no patients were in a real hurry to get to l'hopital!!

Wife's friend used to have xm with same sort of conversion, for here husband who was sadly paralysed from waist down, It really was a work of art, better than any c15 romahome.

I was at the ICCCR in switzerland in August and there were a couple of CX's and XM's with that sort of conversion but with twin rear axles.
There was also a really nice C15 with a twin rear axle and elongated body.
Anybody else make it to switzerland?

We couldn't make it, as sadly we were in Interlaken 2 weeks before!! Was warm and sunny, then, as well [}:)]
We were in a Citroen (Dyane) though.

I thought I'd seen some other variations on the BX ambulance theme, so I did a search and came up with this link ......

There's something about that picture with serried ranks of BX ambulances that really tickles my fancy. However, the rear end with extended hatch most definitely does NOT have the same effect on me.
