PP2000 download/buy

Hi Peugeot guys!
For a Peugeot 307cc 2L petrol, year 2005. I would like not only to erase fault codes but also to be able to erase and reset adaptive values in the ECU box.
Is it possible to download PP2000 software or do you recommend a complete set of PP2000 CD and Lexia cables for computer connection. If so, where can I find it to a reasonable price?
Is there a big risk to buy a random Chinese version of PP2000 on the internet?
