306 rear lights

please help !!can any one help i have a 97 306 pre face lift and i want to put on the later pahse 3 rear lights can this be done i think the connecters are different has anyone done it ???
all help greatly appreciated

i am sure that they are the same just the wiring like you say

i know they are the same i have a pair just trying to find out if anyone has done the conversion need help please !!!
