Once you have removed clutch and flywheel, Drill a tiny hole in the seal, about 2mm, screw a self tapping screw in and use that to pull it out, Check crank for wear on seal surface, carefully insert new seal making sure it is the right way round and the lip slides over crank. I usually put a bit of loctite on outer seal surface, it helps it slide in and then seals. If it is a standard rubber lip seal, put a bit of engine oil on the end of the crank. But not if it is the new syle PTFE seal

No its new style with the plastic insert , its more the detail for getting the correct seating postion do they suggest a tool , or flywheel then a flat drift etc trt get the same height as original

I would measure the distance of the original and fit to the same. The plastic sleeve is to aid the lip over the end of crank. When you have it started , any flat tool should tap it in gently. I dont have access to the official berlingo manual procedure

That's pretty much what I did.
Small screw in old seal, lever it out.
Push on new seal using the installation tool it's mounted on.
Tap into place with a small block of wood, suitably-large socket, etc.
On my engine it was the type that you do not oil the crank surface while fitting.
Do yourself a favour and buy a good-quality seal. I used a Corteco, others are available. They're only a few quid.

Tappy tappy tap.
Torques for what? The seal itself is a press fit.
(I can't remember any off top of my head for bellhousing etc, but I'm sure the internet will oblige.)
