C3 Aircross Collection - Windows closing with FOB

Hello everyone,

I've just received the 2026 C3 Aircross Collection (145hp hybrid) and would like to ask a question concerning the key fob (keyless version) and windows.
I read in the owners manual that by long pressing the lock button, the windows should all roll up, but it doesn't happen however way I try it.

Is there a menu where I can enable this option?

Keep in mind that I have the car for less than a week and haven't had any time to go through the screens/menus, etc.

As usual the Citroën owners manual is confusing to say the least, the key fob section doesn't mention window control but the windows section gives a warning about closing windows remotely!
As it is new, best ask your dealer, they can check easily. But also remember some functions are also country specific.

My keyfob closes all the windows when you press and hold the lock button for a few seconds.

So I would try that.

Essentially my key does:

One press: Lock
Second press: deadlock
press and hold: windows close.

I tried every combination and it hasn't worked.
Was thinking that maybe it was a disabled function in the BSI (or whatever is equivalent for the C3 Aircross II).
