Hello,
I have recently discovered that I'm unable to control the suspension via the button located in the boot (next to the 12V cigarette lighter). I press the up or down button (the behaviour is the same), the buzzer starts buzzing for about 5 seconds during which the suspension does not move a bit and then the buzzer goes off. The hydroactive suspension otherwise behaves as it should. I can control the height with the buttons next to the shift know. When I load the boot with heavy stuff, the suspension raises itself in order to remain level. The wiring diagram shows that both the luggage compartment height selector and buzzer are wired to the BSI. So I though that I would check measured values of the BSI to verify that it indeed sees the button being pressed. However I was unable to find a measured value that would indicate the status of the button. Neither BSI or BHI show a relevant fault message.
Does anyone have any idea where the issue might be?
Thanks.

It is not looking like anyone has anything to offer but this post will at least bring your query back to the top of the Unread Posts list and someone may see it and offer some advice . Good luck

Well, I have read the post, but the same as we see here many times, a question about a C5, without the compleet information about rpo number, engine type, doors (5 in this case) gearbox and sometimes vin number.
Because you need this info if you want to look for information at the schematic in Sedre/backup.
