Hallo ben nieuw op de forum,
Ben op zoek naar firware voor mijn Citroën C4 Picasso uit 2013 type2
In de regelunit voor radio,kachel, navigatie, telefoon,enz zit een micro sd kaart. Deze is beschadigd. Weet iemand of heeft iemand waar ik de betreffende firmware kan vinden/ kopen om op de nieuwe micro sd kaart te uploaden.
Het betreft onderdeel 1610887480 en unit nummer 9805447880.
De oude kaart is beschadigd en probeert het systheem wel op te starten dan weer kort een kaart dan weer 20 sec radio maar slaat telkens weer uit.

The old card is damaged and attempts to start the system, sometimes briefly showing a card, then radio for 20 seconds, but it keeps shutting down.

As you say there is an SD card inside the unit I suspect that it's an RT6, also known as eMyWay, WIPNAV+ and RNEG2. Compare your unit with these viewforum.php?f=44

If you know what firmware is fitted then this will prove it. Usually you can find this information by giving a long press on the Setup button, if you have one.

This is a smeg+
The firmware is the same as the car was delivered when new.
I only need the firmware to download to new MicroSD-card that i wil put into the control unit.
Do you have knowledge where i can get this?
