Hi all,
I have a problem with my citroen jumper 2011 2.2HDI 4HU engine.
The engine wont start now.
The rail pressure when crancking spikes to 1200 bar, the high pressure fuel pump in new, the SCV-valve has already been changed after this problem occured. And the cables towards the ECU are checked and are good. The fuel filter is new. The rail pressure sensor is new. Injectors are new and have been tested.
The rail pressure safety valve has been faulty and this made the pressure go to 130bar. I have changed it and now the rail pressure is way to high. So i think the high rail pressure has destroyed the safety valve before.
Before, it would start with an railpressure at about 500-600 bar at idle while the reference rail pressure would be 370, also the limp mode was activated. It smoked allot of diesel smoke when running.
Fault codes that i have are.
P0251
Does the SCV Valve need to be calibrated?
