Does anybody have the firmware update for the infotainment system on a 2012 3008 hybrid4

Its resetting and switching on and off with the screen going up and down, when it does stop on there is no control over the volume its either on or off, stops the same volume and is loud.

I have been pulling the F8 fuse just to stop it, but it needs sorting properly, was going to put it in croxdale group to sort, but what to do it myself to save some money if possible.

Here is the picture of infotainment system in 3008, unable to get what version of software is on at the moment.

That looks like the NG4 / Navidrive 3D / WIPCOM 3D system. I am not very familiar with it but I think I have located a link for you of N42c. It's not my link so obviously I can't guarantee its veracity.
