If it's just a name change it may not be too bad, depends on the reasons!! 
Sadly it looks like it will fall into the ever developing German auto industry pit:
"After 25 years of helping people choose, buy, own and run their cars, HonestJohn.co.uk is now part of drive.co.uk."
drive.co.uk is owned by Volkswagen Financial Services, so perhaps not the first place to look for independent advice.
