Bonjour ! Je rencontre ce problème depuis un mois. Il y a un mois, j'ai ajouté 525 g de fréon, mais malgré cela, la climatisation ne fonctionne toujours pas ! Le compresseur ne se met pas en marche ! Au niveau du connecteur du compresseur, je ne mesure que 3,7 V ! Le testeur indique pourtant que le compresseur fonctionne ! J'ai remplacé les modules suivants : BSI, ECU, BSM, Climatronic et ventilateur, mais le compresseur ne démarre toujours pas ! Voici les mesures que j'ai relevées sur le testeur : 1- Demande d'activation du compresseur de climatisation : inactive (voir détails) : le calculateur de climatisation demande l'enclenchement du compresseur frigorifique suite à une demande de l'utilisateur 2- Demande d'activation de la climatisation par l'utilisateur : active (voir détails) : l'utilisateur demande la mise en marche du système de climatisation via les commandes du panneau de climatisation 3- Commande du compresseur frigorifique : inactive (voir détails) : le BSM pilote l'enclenchement du compresseur de climatisation (ou le BSI le pilote sur les véhicules dépourvus de BSM) ; ce paramètre ne peut passer à l'état « actif » que lorsque le moteur tourne 4- Commande de sortie d'autorisation du compresseur : inactive (voir détails) : le BSM intervient dans cette commande d'activation de la climatisation selon l'équipement du véhicule 5- Information d'autorisation du compresseur : active (voir détails) : information d'autorisation de mise en marche du compresseur de climatisation fournie par le calculateur 6- Entrée du capteur de température d'évaporateur de climatisation : 27 °C ATTENTION : ce paramètre n'est fonctionnel que pour les systèmes de climatisation sans régulation de température Température mesurée par la sonde d'évaporateur située dans le bloc de climatisation ; la sonde d'évaporateur est reliée directement au BSI (Boîtier de Servitude Intelligent) Valeurs typiques : Compresseur de climatisation enclenché : la température baisse progressivement pour atteindre une valeur comprise entre 0 et 5 °C (pour une température ambiante d'environ 20 °C) Compresseur de climatisation arrêté depuis 15 minutes : la température mesurée est proche de la température de l'habitacle Voici les relevés de paramètres standard que j'ai obtenus , Le pressostat fonctionne correctement (8 bars moteur arrêté et 9 bars moteur allumé)... aucun code d'erreur n'est affiché ! Je me demande ce que cela pourrait être ? J'ai vérifié tout le système électrique, et il est en parfait état ! Il n'y a aucun problème du côté électrique ! Auriez-vous une idée ? Merci beaucoup !

9 Bar running is too high, does the compressor start for a few seconds then drop out something in the range of 3-4 is a more normal running pressure based on the various peugeot's I have worked on. Was the system empty and vacuumed when you filled it.

The system previously had 200g of freon, and I checked to make sure it wasn't leaking anywhere, and it wasn't, and I added 525g of freon Type r134a

But I mean, with the engine off it's 8-9 bar, and with the engine on, it's 10-11 bar. Today, I idled the engine for a while longer (around 20-30 min.), and it went up to 12 bar! But still the compressor does not engage! The compressor connector only receives 3.7V (the same goes for the variable cylinder connector behind the compressor)...The electrician told me that there would be a condition, but, I don't know what that condition would be! Without any DTC, the entire electrical installation is very good, it doesn't have a single broken wire, it doesn't have a single short circuit ! I really have no idea what it is!
