Hi everyone,
I am dealing with a harsh, metallic rattling/clunking noise coming from the roof of my 2023 Citroen C3 Aircross whenever I drive over deep bumps or uneven roads. The sound is definitely coming from between the exterior roof metal panel and the interior headliner.
During its recent annual service, the dealer acknowledged the noise and mentioned it is a known issue. They explained that some factory mastic pad/adhesive between the roof skin and a roof crossmember has detached or wasn't properly expanded from the factory. They promised to fix it by dropping the headliner and reapplying the adhesive when I bring the car back for my scheduled appointment in early September, but they didn't provide me with the specific technical document.
Could anyone with access to the Service Box kindly check if there is a specific TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) or Info Rapid for this issue? I would really appreciate having the exact document, the reference number, or even a PDF to keep in my personal records and have it in hand when I visit the dealership next month.
My VIN is: VF7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]
Thank you in advance for your time and help!

Unfortunately the Forum lost access to the VIN database when Stellantis reorganised and consequently I cannot help. However there are members with their own access and hopefully one of them will see your post and help you out. Good luck
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!
