Citroën Xsara 1 problem

Hello, I have a 2002 Citroën Xsara 1 with a manual transmission. I bought it and ecu come with do it imooff, but the electronic control unit (BSI) had a problem, so I bought a used one. It was reprogrammed with the instrument panel to change the odometer reading from 999,999 to the number I told the technician to add.
I bought a Lexia cable and tried it and it work , but when I used it, it didn't automatically recognize the car in the Xsara 1 select, while it works with the Xsara 2 as automatically recognize , and it get vin num different from my car print in chassis .
am put vin get from my chassis to can accses telcoding or live data ,etc by set vin manual in xsara1 .
am try do test actuator for as needle odometer and wiper and etc all work
i have problem the ac not work all speed the control unit work only as high speed 4 the 1,2,3 not work and compressor when press in button not work , the electric guy it disconnect ac compressor and put to it external relay and it do it to work but still on high speed only 4 by when blower motor work the compressor work thats mean the button of compressor is as delet it.
1-can any one how to solve ???

am try to turn on fog light in dashboard by when put wheel in hand to fog light the dashboard indicator of fog work ligh it like indicator like high beam or low beam light when turn on.
2-this avaible to do because am not find it??

Hint!!!:
am buy lexia cable because am like repair my car by myself because in my country the technation in french old car most of them use diagnostic device as live data only and not know the powerfull tool it has.
am can use soldering and hot gun if to solve need soldering or programing if need other tool is okay because am find the only method to reset bsi as come from factory is virginez it

a 2002 model Xsara will almost certainly be a Xsara 2
The changeover to the phase 2 was in 2001.

In my country get as 2000 to 2004
My car is xsara 1 2002 manual has bsi

If it looks like that one then yes its a phase 1.5, in the UK Xsara 2 appeared around late 2000 - early 2001. Do you know your RP number out of curiosity?
The VIN can be set in the ECU & BSI with Lexia, have you done this?
The interior fan only working on top speed is normally just a failed transistor in the heater motor, easy fix.

no am not find rp the sticker am not find it in driver door only sticker am find in up about pressure of tire
am not set vin am change bsi and my car detect automatic in xsara 2 not in xsara 1 and am not have security code the ecu when buy car the seller do it imo off
