I did an oil change and engine flash so now the car I creaking but won't start

Did you do an engine flush or an ECU flash?
Is it creaking or cranking?
It changes the meaning significantly...
Do you have access to a diagnostic tool to read engine data?

What year is the car, is it the Xsara, C3 or C4 Picasso ?
Did the engine run normally and start before the oil change ? Was any other work done on the car such as the fuel system ? Is the key being recognised by the immobiliser (put the key in the ignition and open the driver's door, if recognised there will be a warning message) ?
