Engine cutting out /fuel starvation

Hi. I have an issue with my citroen ds3 1.6 hdi .
It originally cut out with what seemed fuel starvation. It has had a new fuel sender unit. High pressure fuel pump and also the fuel pressure regulator. When I drive it it runs then comes up with an engine management light then cuts out as if its not getting any fuel. If I try to start it it will start after the 3rd or fourth time. I am at my wits end. Please help

Have you plugged in a code reader to see what fault codes were stored when the engine management light came on ? If so what are they.
