Hi, got a Citroen c3 1.4 hi 2013 vin VF7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff] and have a code p1349.
The code doesn't light up the eml but can not be cleared on a basic scanner I have, Car is running fine apart from occasional lag in acceleration,
Amy ideas?
Thx

Re: Pi349 code
Putting the code to the internet the following options are suggested:
Common Causes of P1349
Common Causes of P1349
- Low or Dirty Engine Oil: Insufficient or contaminated oil can hinder the VVT system's operation.
- Stuck VVT Solenoid: A malfunctioning solenoid can prevent proper valve timing adjustments.
- Wiring Issues: Damaged or corroded wiring can disrupt signals to the VVT system.

Re: Pi349 code
Different results online, apparently my c3 doesn't have a vvt as it is a diesel engine, only petrol has vvt, other results point towards glow plugs, will have to take it to a an autoelectrician and get a proper diagnosis as I only have a basic scanner
