New C3, MAX ,2026 strange noise from the transmission.

CITROEN C3 Mild Hybrid, 2026, only 256 mi on board automatic [DCT-6].
It happens in very warm weather, after 10 min. driving.
The noise is from transmission and it can be hearing outside .



I was to the dealer, and he says : "its nothing, this is the normal noise of this car"

What do you think ? Normal ? Any idea ?

Im waiting to hear drivers opinions about that rattle, "TAC TAC TAC" noise on the video.

I know nothing about the hybrids I'm afraid but that noise does not sound normal to me. When you took it back to the dealer did you see a salesman, a service reception person or a mechanic?

The car was inspected by the mechanic.
But he didn"t want to see or hear, that short video, from Youtube.

In that day,[3days ago], i didn't saw similar car like my, to hear that noise, to compare..
And i have a bad feeling about that noise. That short movie was recorded in very hot wheater. [Around 40' celsius].
This model is very new here, and unfortunately, where i'm living, i think i'm the only one with this model.
I will wait, maibe someone else in this forum, who have the same car, can explain that.
