Citroen Relay 2.0hdi - Non Crank/Start

Can anyone assist with an issue I’m having with my 2017 Citroen Relay. Immobilised non crank/start. It seems the bus/ecu have lost immo sync?

Have a look around the Citroen forum by using the search box at the top when in the main forum. There are many threads with this issue and you may get some ideas.
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!
I used to ride on two wheels, but now I need all four!

I’ve had a read through but can’t seem to find similar immo issues. Unless im using the search feature wrong

I have now got the van to crank. A relay in the fuse box was installed in the wrong place. Now cranks but does not start - still immobilised on dash. Believe the BSI and ECU need to be re synced
