Cooling fan problem on DS3 1,6HDI-E from 2012.

Hi, hope you can help me.
My DS3 1.6 HDI-e from 2012 will not start the engine cooling fan. The engine runs in limp-mode. Showing ENGINE FAULT 5 sec after start.
My diagbox v9,91 shows 3 error codes:
p0493
p0691
p0693
I can not reset the codes.
I can't activate the fan in actuator test.
Air con does not work, (that is a minor problem for me)
I have replaced the heater resistor unit.
I have replaced the BSM box.
If I shortcut the two pins in the big connector on the fan resistor, the fan runs. So fuse and motor must be OK.
I have measured the 3 wires from the resistor to the ECU, I guess they are for hi/low and feedback/status.
The 4. Wire comes from the BSM box with 12V when ignition is ON.
If I start driving immediately after starting the engine, It does not go into limp mode before the speed is near to zero km/h. I can't do this with the new resistor.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Despite the errors, you should be able to see some live data in the engine ECU giving the state of the fan.

1320 is the engine ECU, 1529 is the fan control module.

What are the definitions of the error codes, saves us having to look them up ?
