I have a problem with the dipped beam on a 2018 Citroen C3 Aircross.
Left side – dipped beam is not working at all.
High beam on the left side works normally.
Right side works perfectly (both dipped and high beam).
What I’ve checked so far:
bulbs – new and working (swapped left/right)
fuses – OK
connector at the bulb – moving/pressing it makes no difference
wiring near the headlight – no reaction when moving it
Symptoms:
left dipped beam is completely dead (no light at all)
high beam on the same headlight works normally
It looks like power is reaching the headlight (since high beam works), but not reaching the dipped beam bulb or not passing through its circuit.
Has anyone had a similar issue?
Is this more likely a faulty headlight (internal connector/pin for dipped beam), or a broken wire just for the dipped beam?
Thanks in advance for any help.

Re: Dipped beam on a 2018 Citroen C3 Aircross.
With the main beam working it proves the earth to the headlight is good, so there must be a fault in the supply to the dipped beam. I would gamble the most likely cause is a broken or misplaced pin in the connector wiring. Using a multi meter on 12V scale you should be able to determine, on the working headlight, which wire feeds the dipped beam there. Then test the corresponding wire on the faulty connector and see what you find.
