Can someone clarify once and for all if the titled vehicle has a fuel primer bulb?
Lots of posts saying it does but can i find it.........
Changed the fuel filter and I cannot get this car going and for info there is an engine light but no code just in case this is stopping it?
Thoughts please.

It does - they only went back to LP in tank fuel pumps on the later blue HDi engines. It should look like this, and the primer is part of the lid between the 2 hoses with grey connectors:
