Great customer experience with aep direct

Just wanted to give a shout out to AEP Direct who, as many will know, supply IFHS spheres for those of us still living the magic carpet dream.

They discounted the price for me by 10% as I mentioned that the price on Ebay included around 12% fees and the DPD Next Day delivery was a bonus.

Unfortunately, they sent me hydractive by mistake so luckily I double checked. The HT at the end of the part number XAVACOMFHT set alarm bells ringing.

No problem though. Called them up. Correct ones being sent today for delivery tomorrow and incorrect ones being collected.

OK. It's not ideal that they made a mistake but the way they dealt with it was superb. Uber professional.

On a side note, I emailed NV Hydraparts (IFHS) to ask about the exact specifications of the spheres in terms of volume, pressure and orifice but they weren't forthcoming with the info so far. I wanted to know exactly what I was buying because I really wanted to go 70 bar 400 cc and 1.65 mm damping orifice.

James (Hell Razor5543) always used AEP and found them to be first class.
