xantia height setting

xantia height setting

Hi can anyone help me set the suspension height on my 1.9 TDI,it,s sat too high since I got it.I've been told to loosen the clamp on the antiroll bar then lever the valve till the height is right then tighten the clamp.Is this right???? Do'es anyone have photos showing how to do it thanks John. Ps its an estate.
