New here, and have an issue with my Citroen 2016 C4

Hi all I am a new owner of a Citroen C4 2016...

I purchased it as a intrim car as my main car is off the road, I purchased it VERY cheap as the main battery was flat and the navi system didn't work according too the family, and hasn't been used in a long time due to the original owner sadly passing away, fast forward I changed the battery got it to run and the navi system is indeed dead , its stuck on the Citroen screen. now as this is an older car i was hoping to try and find a way of bringing it back as from what i have read its stuck in loop or something has corrupted internally.


I have included a picture of what it looks like , stupidly I don't have a picture of the radio, Now i have called Citroen and they want to charge me £225 to to just diagnose it and an extra £175 to update the Navi system, which i am not prepared to do. id rather try and make it work my self if there is a work around.

The first thing to do is a full BSI reset after replacing the battery as per the link below. Carry that out and then see what you have.

Hi sorry I should of mentioned that I have done this already and it didn't work sadly
