sluggish

my 1.9td xantia is feeling a littlwe sluggish. would a good service cure this? maybe new injectors?

I find that if I dont change the oil regularly (3k) the performance is impacted.

Make sure that your air filter isn't blocked and that your exhaust is flowing correctly (i.e. no blocked catalyst). Both of these things make a big difference to a TD Xantia, more so in the hot weather.
