Hi,
Have a new car, Citroën C3 Aircross MAX Petrol/Hybrid. Still getting used to all the buttons and displays - user manual not very good I have to add.
However, I have a question, what is this symbol meant to indicate on the Head Up Display on the dashboard? See attached image. Cant find it in any of the documentation, or am I being dumb!
Many thanks
Mike

The teardrop with the dot in it is the recognised symbol for Location so I would think the button is something to do with setting locations in the Satnav - but I am just guessing!!
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!
I used to ride on two wheels, but now I need all four!

I'm pretty certain it's a privacy thing. You car shares some data with Citroen via the connect app so if you have the app on a phone you can see trip details and where it was last parked. The arrows mean it's sharing. If you find privacy settings somewhere in the menu you can turn it off, so no data is shared, and the symbol will not have the arrows in it. Handy if you are a spy, thief, adulterer or assassin. French law makes a "big thing" of personal privacy hence the menu options

Additional info, maybe you swipe down from the top edge of the screen to reveal the privacy settings, and/or find it in a menu: not sure with the C3.

Re: Whats this symbol for?
Hi All,
Thought I had post a reply about this, anyway, yes it is to do with Privacy Settings in the car so that the car can tell any emergency service where the car is located. It's in a menu accessed from the button on the left stalk and using the menus on the heads-up display.
