Citroen Relay 2.2 Injector Replacement - Suffolk

It looks like I need to replace at least one injector on my 2007 2.2 relay, engine code BMF.

I understand these are notorious for being seized and breaking. So I do not anticipate DIYing this job. The Glow Plugs were bad enough!

Does anyone know of a good mechanic, in the Ipswich/Felixstowe/Suffolk or North Essex area who you would recommend?

I need to reduce the expense of this as much as possible as I'm preparing the van for sale.
