Xantia warning lights

Just bought a '97 2.1TD VSX Xantia and had to replace 12 dash bulbs. Now I know that I have an ABS prob (constant amber - doesn't say much for the new MOT) and a red light that I have no idea what it is (didn't get a users manual with the car).
Anyone know what a tube with a bulge in it and three little vertical lines above the bulge mean? Light's to the left of the ABS light and is out when I have the glowplugs lit, but comes on about a min after starting.

At least I can run the car without it being in danger of blowing up.
