[Help] Oil residue on a specific engine part - Citroën C3 1.0 EB0 Petrol (2013)

Hi everyone,

I noticed today that my 2013 Citroën C3 1.0 petrol has an oil moisture on the part I circled in white in the photo.

What exactly is this part?

Looks like an exhaust bracket so the oil must have come from somewhere else and possibly dripped on the exhaust. Have a look down the back of the engine.
