C5x rear door operation

Hello
I have recently bought a 2024 C5X the rear door opens OK from the switch inside the car and using the remote fob as it should, however I cannot close thd door using thd remote by pushing the remote button?
I have read it should be possible it there a specific action to close the rear ? Any advice appreciated

You have to press and hold the key fob button, I think they hope you will make sure it's safe to close.
