Citroen c3 vtr shorted the battery now it's dead

Hi everyone im new here, I done a stupid thing whilst changing my old battery i accidentally touched both terminals now the whole car is dead all the fises are good but the locked light is flashing, tried the reset but nothing please 🙏 help

Did you short the old battery or the new one? :) - or is 'changing' a misprint for 'charging' ? :)
I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!
I used to ride on two wheels, but now I need all four!

OK, then if you had some sparks etc you have probably killed the battery completely. You need to fit a new battery, you may have to go into Repair section in Diagbox and tell the ECU it has a new battery and then carry out the BSI reset according to the link below. Good luck :)

Did you check all the fuses including the maxi fuses hidden under the under bonnet fusebox?
