Citroen c3 vtr shorted the battery now it's dead
Hi everyone im new here, I done a stupid thing whilst changing my old battery i accidentally touched both terminals now the whole car is dead all the fises are good but the locked light is flashing, tried the reset but nothing please
help

Did you short the old battery or the new one?
- or is 'changing' a misprint for 'charging' ?

OK, then if you had some sparks etc you have probably killed the battery completely. You need to fit a new battery, you may have to go into Repair section in Diagbox and tell the ECU it has a new battery and then carry out the BSI reset according to the link below. Good luck

Did you check all the fuses including the maxi fuses hidden under the under bonnet fusebox?
