Looking at a Master Dci 110 LM35 L3H2 LWB.

The van has been converted into a camper, 2015 model with just under 54K miles on it.
Initial checks indicate it has passed every MoT since 2018 without even one advisory.
Can any owners advise on the long term engine reliability and anything in particular to look for during an inspection?
