EPB Citroen C5 Looking for Parts

Hello, is anyone breaking a C5 x7 with the EPB?

I need only the emergency release cable that connects from the lever next to the gearstick to the control unit at the rear.

The small plastic white clip that connects to the cable is broken, everything else works.

This last post on this topic mentions a supplier of repair cables based in Germany 3 years ago

Flip, that's an expensive solution just for a broken plastic clip. I believe that the emergency release function was deleted on later cars and is not part of any OE replacement parts now. So the plastic clip may not be included in the German product anyway!

Yes the release cable was deleted from the last cars but was shown on the diagram on the main dealer parts diagram.
Priced at 1998, 76 euros
I've contacted a couple of breakers but no reply yet.
