seat belt clip

hi i have a 2013 berlingo van b9 my passager seat is a double and seat belt clip has snapped the red parts come out how do you get it out to replace ive looked took middle shelf out of seat but cant see how to replace thanks

thanks but the red clip has snapped so need to change the whole seat belt holder in middle of seats but cant see how to get out
