Re: C5 2003 Bluetooth
Cheapest and easiest way is to buy a Bluetooth module which also gives handsfree and simply connects to your car via the FM tuner. eg:

I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!
I used to ride on two wheels, but now I need all four!

Re: C5 2003 Bluetooth
The FM modules are a bit pants generally, but do work. It's certainly easiest.
Next step up is a bluetooth module that connects to the AUX input, eg, https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/135366958588
Next approach - assuming you have an RD4 radio - is to replace with an RD45, not complex, but not entirely straightforward either. There's threads on here about that. https://frenchcarforum.co.uk/forum/viewforum.php?f=52
