Citroen spacetourer

Hi guys, happy new year.
I am suffering from a blank screen problem on my spacetourer 2018. I was driving in London in December with apple play showing me maps. Suddenly I got some green lines on my screen and then I switched off the unit. Since then I cannot get it back. I have checked everything, all fuses are OK, radio fan is working and there is power present on the screen. But I have no USB power and also my reversing sensors are also dead. I have changed the battery. The old battery was not having start stop but after new one, it is also working. But I cannot make my screen, usb and reverse sensors working. Any ideas, what should I look for?. I have connected the scanner and the fault code is U1F3E 87 : no communication with telematic ECU features. Any clues will be highly appreciated. Many thanks

My initial reaction to that is you have a faulty unit as I had a similar issue on my C5 a few years ago. I had to replace the unit in the end. However it is worth trying a BSI reset as per the procedure in the link below and see how it goes:
