Citroen Relay Hill holder unavailable.

Unread post by Iainbell »

Relay 2.2 2020,
I left ingnition on and flattened battery when i was parked in a field so had to use jump pack to start the van.( yes i know best not to jump, but needed to get moving )
When i got going the Hill holder unavailable come up on the dash and orange light come on dash for traction control.
So popped delphi diagnistic and code for no steering angle sensor signal and steering angle requires calibration. I can't get it to calibrate or delete any of the faults. I checked live data and couldn't get anything fron Steering angle sensor.
I have checked fuses, disconnected battery over night , tried manual calibration of SAS.

Lots on the net says common after jumpstart, but says clear faukts and calibrate, but not happening.
Anyone any ideas before i start checking components at connectors?
Thanks

The first thing I'd do would be charge the battery overnight off the van, then on reinstalling carry out a BSI reset according to the procedure below and then see what you have: :)

I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!
I used to ride on two wheels, but now I need all four!

Some or all of the warning lights may disappear after a certain number of normal engine stop and starts (typically six) have taken place.

Tried all above and still the same, i wonder if need to try another diagnostic computer and try clear faults.

That would be my next thought as well. How high end is the Delphi? Which model is it?
